Michel’s journey with yoga began in 2009 under the guidance of Father Joe, a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher from India. After his very first class, he experienced such a profound sense of calm and inner clarity that he immediately recognized yoga as the path he had been searching for.
He soon established a daily practice of yoga and meditation, which gradually transformed his life from unhealthy habits toward a more balanced and sustainable way of living.
Michel received his first yoga teacher certification in 2011 and has since continued to deepen his knowledge through further trainings in yoga, movement, anatomy, and therapeutic work. He is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and an EMR-certified yoga therapist.
While Michel’s work is grounded in experience, his greatest teacher remains his own daily practice. He approaches yoga not only as a teacher but also as a lifelong student.
At the heart of his teaching lies the transformative and healing practice of Kundalini Yoga. Through breath, movement, and meditation, these practices support a natural return to inner balance. Michel shares Kundalini Yoga as a path toward greater calmness, emotional balance, and clarity, allowing practitioners to reconnect with their inner stability and vitality.
His intention is to share yoga as a practical and accessible path that supports healing, inner peace, and a deeper connection with oneself and life.
